CHICAGO — A 13-year-old boy accused of carjacking a man at gunpoint on the city’s South Side over the weekend is now facing a felon charge.
Chicago police said the teen, who has not been identified due to his age, was arrested by officers less than 15 minutes after the alleged incident occurred.

According to police, the alleged carjacking unfolded around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday in the 2600 block of East 84th Street in South Chicago.
