IRVING PARK — A confirmed measles case has been found in a Chicago resident, and another was found in a suburban Cook County resident, health officials announced Wednesday.
These are the first two measles cases this year in Cook County, according to a news release from the city and county health departments. The agencies are coordinating to investigate, identify and notify people who might have been exposed to the virus.
