Praize Productions’ Showcase Explores Journey To ‘Peace, Rest And Pause’

HYDE PARK — The latest show by a South Side dance nonprofit asks its audience to reflect on the role of rest in their lives — and perhaps take it further than scheduling the occasional nap or spa day.

Praize Productions, Inc. will host its 12th annual showcase, “Complexions,” Sunday at the Logan Center for the Arts, 915. E. 60th St. in Hyde Park.

The multidisciplinary show features dance, spoken word and visual arts themed around “peace, rest and pause,” CEO and founder Enneréssa LaNette said.
