Community ties red ribbons in honor of fallen Chicago Fire Department captain ahead of funeral

Red ribbons were hung outside the Northwest Side funeral home where services will be held this week for Chicago Fire Captain David Meyer, who was killed in a West Side fire prosecutors say was ignited by a convicted felon.
