COPA investigating officer-involved shooting on Chicago’s West Side

CHICAGO – The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) is investigating an officer-involved shooting on the city’s West Side.

Information is very limited, but COPA said the incident happened in the 4600 block of West Madison Street near West Garfield Park and Austin.
