CHICAGO (WGN) — Chicago police on Tuesday announced an arrest in connection with an overnight shooting last August that left one man wounded at a South Loop diner where Democratic National Convention delegates were eating.

Delvin Bryant, 31, of Chicago, faces a felony weapons charge as a repeat offender concerning the August 23 shooting at White Palace Grill, located at 1159 South Canal Street.
