Body recovered from water at Burlington Park Forest Preserve in Naperville

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – A body was recovered Saturday afternoon from the water at the Burlington Park Forest Preserve in Naperville.

Officials with the DuPage County Forest Preserve said they received a call just before 3 p.m. saying that someone visiting the park found what looked like a body in the water.

Forest preserve officials and the Naperville Police Department responded to the scene and recovered the body from the water.

No other information was released and the investigation is ongoing.
