Illinois health officials confirm state’s fourth measles case of 2025

CHICAGO — Another measles case has been identified in Illinois, the state’s fourth case to be reported so far this year.

The Illinois Department of Public Health’s (IDPH) measles case count dashboard climbed to four on Friday, indicating that an additional case has been identified in the state.
