LOGAN SQUARE — A vacant lot in Logan Square will see new life with a development featuring a yoga studio, cafe and more.
A zoning change for the project, which will take over 3335 W. Belden Ave., passed City Council this month. Construction can now move forward after the project went through the 35th Ward’s community zoning process, which included a community meeting last year, new Ald. Anthony Quezada (35th) said in a recent newsletter.
