Two of America’s best bakers, Milk Bar’s Christina Tosi and Daisies’ Leigh Omilinsky, are collaborating on a limited-time offering that will be sold at Daisies in Logan Square. The Bake Sale Croissant will launch at 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, to help celebrate Chicago’s first Milk Bar, which opened in February. The croissant is filled with chocolate chip cookies, funfetti-stuffed sprinkle cookies, and a fudge brownie. If that’s not enough, the croissant gets topped with malted-vanilla mousse, mini cookies, and more rainbow
