LINCOLN PARK — SpaDerma, the Chicago-based medical spa founded in Lincoln Park nearly 25 years ago, is opening a new flagship location just blocks from where it got its start.

The 4,500-square-foot space at 2001 N. Clybourn Ave. marks the company’s most advanced site to date. The Lincoln Park spa features soundproof treatment rooms, upgraded equipment and new services like Halo, a laser treatment exclusive to the new spa.

The space, which opened April 14, replaces SpaDerma’s longtime location at 1133 W. Armitage Ave. and is meant to signal the company’s next phase of growth, said Charles Gelman, marketing manager at SpaDerma.
