Armed robberies in Garfield Park prompt police warning for residents

CHICAGO – Chicago police are warning residents of Garfield Park after a series of armed robberies over the last few days.

The incidents happened at the following times and locations:

300 block of S. Whipple Ave on April 25, 2025, at 4:51 p.m. (Harrison) 300 block of S. Whipple Ave on April 25, 2025, at 8:47 p.m. (Harrison) 3000 block of W. Jackson St on April 26, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (Harrison) 300 block of S. Whipple Ave on April 27, 2025, at 4:52 p.m. (Harrison)
