NORTH CENTER — Neighbors can enjoy games of pickleball and tennis on refurbished courts at Revere Park now that a years-long, $7.5 million renovation is complete. 

The park at 2509 W. Irving Park Road is a short distance from the North Branch of the Chicago River. It became a public park in 1921. For the past five years, it’s undergone construction projects aimed at upgrading its aging infrastructure. 

These upgrades include resurfacing the existing four tennis courts, as well as adding pickleball striping on one of them.
